tasked to conduct the review on the LTHS methodology

As seen in previous sections, the current methodology adopted by the LTHS to project its housing supply target has not
fully considered the current shortfalls in housing, it is also likely to underestimate future needs. Therefore, we believe that it is
essential to revise the methodology such that the projected demand can better reflect the reality.

Hence, we call for the LTHS Steering Committee to be reconvened and tasked to review the methodology.
